Core Responsibilities:

  • Attracting suitable tenants through strategic marketing and property presentation
  • Overseeing monthly rent collection processes and preparing comprehensive financial reports
  • Addressing tenant concerns by promptly investigating and resolving issues
  • Enhancing property value through upgrades and renovations, coordinating with contractors as necessary
  • Ensuring efficient handling of maintenance requests and tracking their resolution
  • Upholding lease agreements and suggesting improvements to leasing terms
  • Conducting market analysis to ensure competitive pricing of properties
  • Managing eviction processes when required
  • Performing financial analysis on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Collaborating with local authorities to ensure compliance with regulations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in property management is preferred
  • Knowledge of real estate contracts and leasing procedures
  • Basic understanding of residential tenancy laws
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with the Windows operating system
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus
