POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Client Engagement Coordinator ("CEC") plays a crucial role in fostering communication with clients, processing and entering orders, and executing various tasks to ensure outstanding client relationships that support Sales, Production, and Distribution operations.
The CEC possesses a fundamental understanding of production processes and collaborates with manufacturing personnel to ensure timely client deliveries.The CEC should be proactive, exhibit excellent communication abilities, and be adaptable to changes and shifting priorities throughout the day to support the company's robust growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receive client orders directly from clients or sales representatives.
Timely place and modify orders for the procurement of materials and supplies necessary for production.
Engage with clients regarding inquiries such as order status, estimates, quotes, order modifications, confirmations, and any complaints or questions.
Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary information and prompt actions as required.Process purchase orders, manage account credits, and maintain client records.
Monitor, track, and adjust order timelines based on production schedules and client requests.
Provide sales representatives with updates on orders and communicate potential production delays.
Collaborate with production teams and utilize CRM/ERP systems to ensure timely client deliveries.
Maintain a tidy and organized workspace.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Preferred experience in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
Experience with data entry on computers.
Experience in the corrugated packaging industry is a plus.
Entry-level to five (5) years of experience in client relations.
CORE QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Capacity to manage multiple tasks and adjust workflow to meet periods of increased demand.
Intermediate computer skills with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Able to work independently or as part of a team.
Maintain a professional demeanor.
Dependable and client-focused.
Action-oriented with integrity and perseverance.
WORK HOURS & BENEFITS:
Standard work hours are Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - overtime as necessary).
Employer-sponsored basic life and long-term disability insurance.
Medical, dental, vision, supplemental life, short-term disability, accident, and critical illness insurance plans are also available.

401k plan with employer matching (100% match up to 3% and 50% match on the next 3% for a maximum contribution of 4.5% per year, fully vested at 90 days of employment).

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, and see (90% of the time).
Standing and walking are required less than 5% of the time.
Feeling is necessary 75% of the time, while pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching are required less than 10% of the time.
Low levels of lifting (10 pounds or less) are required about 5% of the time, while medium levels of lifting and carrying (20 to 50 pounds) are required less than 5% of the time.
