- Conduct summer seminars in collaboration with academic institutions.
- Organize outreach meetings and coordinate with IC agencies.
- Interface with customers, various IC agencies, and internal stakeholders, including the DEIA Lead.
- Manage processes such as seminar setup, outreach activities (both in-person and virtual), and federal grant monitoring.
- Utilize tools such as MS Office, WebEx, and MS Teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree with 18 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 10+ years of experience.
- Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment, academic outreach, and the IC community is essential.
- Proven experience in engaging with and coordinating activities with academic institutions.
- Ability to assist in the administration and implementation of policies and procedures related to human capital leadership and management.
- Experience with Congressionally Directed Actions, grants, and the development of issue papers and talking points is highly desirable.

Salary Range
$135,000 - $216,000, reflecting the typical compensation for this role based on experience and other relevant factors.
