Position Overview:
As a vital member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to end-users. Your expertise will be essential in troubleshooting various hardware and software issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve problems related to Dell laptops and desktops.
- Collaborate with users to understand their technical challenges and provide effective solutions.
- Keep management informed about ongoing issues and resolutions.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in field technology and customer service.
- Strong skills in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Familiarity with Dell warranty support; experience with Mac systems is advantageous.

Certification Preferences:
- A+ certification is preferred; additional certifications in Dell, Lenovo, or Mac systems are a plus.

Required Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Proficiency in hardware break-fix tasks.
- Experience in software installation and configuration.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
- Overtime and on-call availability required.

Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 1.5 years in a similar role.

Travel Requirements:
- Valid driver's license required for travel between various locations.

Employment Type:
- Contract to hire position with a competitive conversion rate.
