Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality patient care, adhering to Arizona State Board of Nursing Laws and Regulations.
  • Administrative: Interpret and execute organizational policies, procedures, and regulations with precision and accuracy.
  • Leadership: Oversee and direct the activities of Shift Management and NAH transfer center staff, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Communication: Facilitate effective communication among staff, patients, and families, documenting interactions and incidents as necessary.

Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing, and BSN.
  • Certification & Licensures: Active, unrestricted Arizona RN license, BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), and PALS (Association Heart Association).
  • Experience: Three years of demonstrated clinical experience in an acute care setting, management experience as a Charge Nurse or above, and Charge RN or Transfer center RN experience.
