Job Overview

Holiday World RV is seeking a dynamic and results-driven RV Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, listening to their needs, and presenting and demonstrating our inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Present and demonstrate our recreational vehicle inventory to customers.
  • Understand and implement our dealership sales process to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to delivery.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications through daily training and education.
  • Follow up with customers, including past customers, to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience is not necessary, but prior sales training is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work Saturdays to maximize earning potential.
