Principal Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Manager - Tech to join our Shopping Design Product team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the product vision and roadmap within a broad coverage area such as discovery, core shopping, or storewide patterns.
Key Responsibilities- Defining a CX vision for the shopping experience in partnership with your design team, developing an actionable product roadmap, and identifying and influencing product/engineering teams to run experiments.
- Managing a portfolio of experiments, some projects that span multiple teams and shopping experiences, and some that dive deep in one CX area.
- Leveraging your high judgment to prioritize opportunities that drive the most strategic value; working with your design team to scope design effort, set/track goals and triage incoming priorities from product/engineering teams.
- Utilizing your varied background and skillsets to dive deep with designers on UX decisions and drive technical conversations with engineering partners.
- Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
- 7+ years product management experience
- Well-developed analytical skills and experience setting up experiments and analyzing results
- Experience owning customer-facing product roadmap strategy, quantifying and prioritizing features, and making high-judgment decisions that are well-articulated to senior leaders
- Strong earns trust and experience influencing cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market.
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
