Head of Quality Assurance for Commercial Solar Projects

Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is on the lookout for a meticulous and driven professional to fill the role of Head of Quality Assurance for Commercial Solar Projects.

As a premier provider of solar design, engineering, and construction services, SES is dedicated to delivering exceptional solar energy solutions. In this pivotal position, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing the quality and adherence to standards across our projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough quality inspections and audits for solar energy installations.
  • Perform detailed visual assessments of installed solar components and electrical connections.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive quality control documentation and reports.
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and installation teams to resolve any quality-related concerns.
  • Assist in the enhancement of quality control processes.
  • Provide training and support to installation teams regarding quality practices and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in a quality control or inspection capacity, ideally within the solar or construction sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of solar industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to identify and rectify quality issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Electrical knowledge, including relevant codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other pertinent software.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
