Job Overview

Solar Energy Solutions (SES), a prominent leader in the solar design, engineering, and construction sector, is looking for a skilled Electrician. As an Electrician at SES, you will be integral to delivering high-quality solar installations and energy storage systems. Our status as a Tesla Powerwall Certified Installer positions us at the cutting edge of technology, allowing you to work with innovative equipment and gain extensive experience in renewable energy systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on solar energy systems.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to ensure that electrical designs meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Perform inspections and troubleshooting to diagnose electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Install and connect electrical components, such as inverters, wiring, and solar panels.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of solar energy systems to guarantee optimal performance and safety.
  • Maintain thorough documentation and recordkeeping related to electrical tasks.
  • Offer technical support to various teams within the organization and assist in training new employees.
Qualifications
  • Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installations and maintenance.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and components.
  • Familiarity with solar energy systems and associated equipment.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints proficiently.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to safety protocols.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for job sites.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience with tread and bending of rigid pipe.
