Key Responsibilities
  • Execute electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs on solar energy systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering professionals to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to diagnose electrical problems and implement effective solutions.
  • Install and connect various electrical components, including inverters, wiring, and solar panels.
  • Test and commission solar energy systems to guarantee optimal functionality and safety.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to electrical tasks.
  • Provide technical assistance to other departments and support the training of new personnel.
Qualifications
  • Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical installations and maintenance.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems and components.
  • Familiarity with solar energy systems and associated equipment.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics and blueprints proficiently.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation for job assignments.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Experience with tread and bending of rigid pipe.
