IT Manager for Client Support

Hybrid IT Manager Position in Manhattan, NYC
The company is a prestigious IT provider seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Manager to oversee Level 2 Engineers and facilitate effective communication between clients and teams.
This client-facing role requires strong project management skills, technical expertise in Office365, Windows Servers, and AD, as well as the ability to deliver quality results and provide excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing teams or leading projects, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing Level 2 Engineers and overseeing their performance
- Facilitating communication between clients and internal teams
- Providing technical support and guidance as needed
- Coordinating projects and ensuring timely completion
In return for your expertise, you can expect:
- A competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000
