We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at Lift Power Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the workflow and productivity of our road work, ensuring that repairs are quoted, completed, and followed up on in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Receive and process all incoming customer calls for service, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the level of service provided.
- Workflow Management: Open work orders upon receipt of each call, dispatch road jobs efficiently, and maintain the Crown E-Order Board and update the service channel regularly as needed.
- Dispatch Operations: Utilize the SoftBase dispatch system to its full capacity, review all work order header information for accuracy, and assist technicians as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage all Lift Power vehicle PMs, open and process POs and receipts for sublet, van maintenance, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills: Strong data entry abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
