  • Help clients overcome obstacles and develop resilience and strength in the face of adversity.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to offer holistic support and ensure alignment in client strategies and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of client progress and discussions.
  • Regularly assess the effectiveness of coaching sessions and modify approaches when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Life Coach, counselor, or related role.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Excellent active listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to empathize and show compassion to clients.
  • Knowledge of personal development and self-improvement techniques.
  • Familiarity with legal proceedings and cases (preferred but not required).
  • Professional certification as a Life Coach or similar credentialing (preferred but not required).
