Job Title: Elderly Home Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Elderly Home Caregiver to join our team at Senior Helpers of The Wasatch Mountains. As a caregiver, you will provide essential support and companionship to seniors in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care and support to seniors, including assistance with daily activities, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks.
  • Engage in conversation, play games, and participate in hobbies with seniors to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Accompany seniors to appointments, run errands, and provide transportation as needed.
  • Follow client care plans and provide updates to management as required.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred but not required)
  • Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect
  • Valid Driver's license and ability to drive to work
  • Proficient communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned
  • Pass a criminal background check prior to employment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
