About the Role

Freedom Behavioral is seeking a talented Corporate HR Strategist to lead our human resources function. As a member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's HR vision and developing strategies to achieve our business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee management, including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and strategic workforce planning.

You will act as a liaison between management and employees to ensure a positive work environment and align HR strategies with the company's overall goals. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced human resources professional to make a real impact on our organization.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Managing the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding
  • Ensuring job descriptions are up-to-date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations
  • Developing training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Creating a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeping the strategy up-to-date
  • Investigating employee issues and conflicts and bringing them to resolution
  • Ensuring the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Using performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to teams
  • Ensuring all company HR policies are applied consistently
  • Maintaining company organization charts and employee directories
  • Partnering with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
  • Maintaining HR systems and processes
  • Conducting performance and salary reviews
  • Providing support and guidance to HR staff
  • Analyzing trends in compensation and benefits
  • Designing and implementing employee retention strategies

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of corporate-level generalist human resource experience.
