We are seeking an experienced contract Occupational Health Registered Nurse to join our Health Services team at ConocoPhillips.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct disability and absence case management for non-work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to determine appropriate and safe return to work conditions.
- Perform return-to-work, fitness-for-duty exams, and assessments.
- Perform OSHA Medical Surveillance exam clearances.
- Review Post-offer Pre-Employment Physicals.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in our electronic health record system.
- Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Texas or a compact state.
- Associate degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN or COHN-S), preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Occupational Health.
- Experience in case management, FMLA, ADA, Short Term Disability, Return-to-Work Programs, DOT, and OSHA Medical Surveillance program, preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills and in electronic health record systems, with a preference for experience in Cority.
