We are seeking an experienced contract Occupational Health Registered Nurse to join our Health Services team at ConocoPhillips.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct disability and absence case management for non-work-related injuries and illnesses.
- Communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders to determine appropriate and safe return to work conditions.
- Perform return-to-work, fitness-for-duty exams, and assessments.
- Perform OSHA Medical Surveillance exam clearances.
- Review Post-offer Pre-Employment Physicals.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in our electronic health record system.
- Active/unrestricted Registered Nurse license in Texas or a compact state.
- Associate degree in nursing required, BSN preferred.
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN or COHN-S), preferred.
- Minimum three (3) years experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Occupational Health.
- Experience in case management, FMLA, ADA, Short Term Disability, Return-to-Work Programs, DOT, and OSHA Medical Surveillance program, preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills and in electronic health record systems, with a preference for experience in Cority.
ConocoPhillips contract opportunities are for project-based or other short-term engagements that require specialized skills. Successful candidates for contract opportunities will not be considered employees of ConocoPhillips or any of its subsidiaries nor will candidates be eligible for employment benefits.
