Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Assistant to join our team. As a Nurse Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our nursing team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to the nursing team
  • Participate in daily nursing reports and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
Requirements
  • Current, unencumbered state nurse aide license
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Desire to help people and work collaboratively as part of a team
