Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the care provided by our team of licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Medication Management: Safely and accurately administer medications to our patients, ensuring their health and well-being.
  • Patient Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of our patients' health status, identifying any changes or concerns and notifying our physicians promptly.
  • Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans for our patients, ensuring their needs are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our patients.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state
