Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at PVH Corp. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience and driving sales results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Experience
    • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers to drive sales and build brand loyalty.
    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products and promotions to effectively communicate value to customers.
    • Prioritize delivering an exceptional customer experience and seek feedback to continuously improve.
  • Commitment to Efficiency
    • Execute processing, replenishment, cashiering, and visual directives in alignment with brand standards.
    • Uphold backstock organization and adhere to company policies and procedures.
    • Maintain awareness of potential theft and report concerns to management.
  • Associate Morale
    • Demonstrate a sense of pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and customers.
    • Treat customers and store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
    • Celebrate individuality, inclusion, and partnership, and seek feedback for continuous self-development.
Requirements
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and overnight shifts.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to walk, stand, bend, reach, and squat for prolonged periods, and carry up to 20 pounds.
Compensation

PVH Corp. offers a competitive base salary range of $20.70, as well as a comprehensive total rewards package, including diverse health and insurance benefits, and an above-market 401(k) contribution.
