Ecommerce Product Strategist

Position Overview:
Insight Global is seeking a proficient Ecommerce Product Manager who possesses a comprehensive understanding of the entire Ecommerce journey, from the homepage through to search, browsing, cart, and checkout. This role entails taking ownership of the complete process.

Organizational Context:
Currently, this division lacks dedicated Product Managers, and while the four subsidiary sites boast robust development teams, there is a lack of clarity regarding priorities and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
We require a highly capable product manager to establish a product-focused mindset and steer the ecommerce initiatives effectively.

Essential Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience as a Product Manager
- Ability to collaborate with a predominantly remote team and maintain autonomy
- Strong relationship-building skills across distances
- In-depth understanding of the complete Ecommerce process from homepage to checkout
- Experience in a smaller, less structured environment, demonstrating scrappiness and a hands-on approach
- Familiarity with Product Tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, ADO)

Technical Skills:
- Experience with VWO or similar A/B testing tools
- Proficiency in Google Analytics
