Current Landscape: At present, this organization lacks dedicated Product Managers within this division. Although their four subsidiary sites boast robust development teams, the clarity of priorities and responsibilities remains ambiguous.

Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will be instrumental in establishing a product-focused mindset and will guide the ecommerce product strategy. This division primarily targets direct-to-consumer business, while the overall company operates on a B2B basis. The work environment is characterized by an entrepreneurial spirit, agility, and excitement.

Diversity Commitment: We are dedicated to fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces where individuals can express their authentic selves daily. As an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer, we value every individual.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience with VWO or similar A/B testing tools, such as Adobe Target.

Candidates should have 5-10 years of experience as a Product Manager and must be comfortable working with a predominantly remote team. Autonomy and the ability to cultivate relationships from a distance are essential.

Desired Attributes:

  • A deep understanding of the entire Ecommerce process, from homepage to cart and checkout, with full ownership of the workflow.
  • Experience in a smaller, less structured environment where they can take initiative and be resourceful.
  • Familiarity with product tracking tools such as JIRA, Asana, or ADO.
