Server - Hospitality Expert

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Hollywood Casino Morgantown. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Key Responsibilities- Greets guests promptly and acknowledges each guest verbally
- Serves as an ambassador of excellent guest dining experience
- Prepares restaurant and tables for service
- Responsible for a certain section(s) and provides superb service following service standards
- Shows enthusiasm towards guests and products
- Helps follow servers; maintains a team mentality
- Accurate computer input of orders and delivery of food, wine, and beverages
- Reconciles checks, thanks guests, and invites them back
- Clears and resets tables
- Maintains awareness of guest alcohol intake in accordance with RAMP guidelines
- Stocks side stations throughout the shift; Performs opening/closing side work
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have High School Diploma/GED
- Must have one to two years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have the ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests
- Must have excellent customer service/communication skills
- Must be able to count money and change correctly
- Knows or is able to learn tray service
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
This is a smoking environment in guest areas and a non-smoking, with the exception of designated areas, employee environment.
Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
