As a Server at Snowshoe Mountain, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks in a timely manner, and recommending dining options by being knowledgeable of menu and special offerings. You will also assist the team in keeping service stations stocked and clean, provide information to guests by being knowledgeable of the resort, and verify guest age before serving alcohol by asking for identification. Additionally, you will ensure proper distribution of revenue by balancing bank and performing closeout reports at end of shift.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, delivering food and drinks in a timely manner
- Recommend dining options by being knowledgeable of menu and special offerings
- Assist team in keeping service stations stocked and clean
- Provide information to guests by being knowledgeable of the resort
- Verify guest are of legal age before serving alcohol by asking for identification
- Ensures proper distribution of revenue by balancing bank and performing closeout reports at end of shift
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous restaurant experience preferred
