We are in search of a motivated and proficient Paralegal to enhance our legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the litigation process, assisting with various tasks from client interviews to the preparation of trial materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive legal research and evaluate case details
  • Draft and file legal documents with the appropriate courts
  • Organize and maintain case files while adhering to deadlines
  • Prepare trial materials and support trial preparations
  • Assist in managing discovery requests
  • Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Address client inquiries and provide updates
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
  • Familiarity with federal and state court processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent analytical abilities and time management skills
  • Paralegal certification is preferred
