Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and direct warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, and shipping of merchandise.
  • Manage a team of 15+ employees, providing guidance and coaching to ensure excellent performance and productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze productivity metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily tasks and goals.
  • Ensure compliance with US Customs rules and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all relevant safety protocols and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sr. Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a bonded warehouse environment.
  • Proven experience with WMS systems and RF technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
