- Ensure every customer receives world-class customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate delivery routes and supervise drivers to maximize delivery business and speed.
- Perform daily food preparation tasks, including opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, and bread production.
- Complete closing procedures, ensuring accurate records and secure storage of equipment and supplies.
- Execute systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Complete daily and weekly paperwork, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Manage cash drawers, maintaining 100% accuracy and accountability.
- Audit previous shift's systems and procedures, ensuring 100% integrity and completeness.
- Perform preventive maintenance and upkeep on store equipment and supplies, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform other related duties as required, contributing to the success of our restaurant.
Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills, with strong math abilities and proficiency in personal computer software, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach with hands and arms, talk, hear, close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
- Occasional requirement to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Special Requirements:
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as business dictates.
- Must be 18 years of age, with a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current automobile insurance, and a clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to work 50-60 hours per week, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
