Job Description:
At Crescens, we are seeking a skilled Medical Care Specialist to join our team. As a Medical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, including bathing and dressing patients, serving meals, and taking vital signs. You will also be responsible for collecting information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, and doctors, and lifting patients into beds, wheelchairs, and exam tables. Additionally, you will examine patients for bruises, blood in urine, or other injuries/wounds, clean and sanitize patient areas, and change bed sheets and restock rooms with necessary supplies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care, including bathing, dressing, and serving meals
  • Take vital signs and collect information about conditions and treatment plans
  • Lift patients into beds, wheelchairs, and exam tables
  • Examine patients for injuries or wounds
  • Clean and sanitize patient areas
  • Change bed sheets and restock rooms with necessary supplies
