A Guest Services Representative plays a vital role in ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service for all guests at the Golden Nugget hotel and casino.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding, courteous, and professional service in every interaction with guests, visitors, vendors, and team members.
  • Facilitate the check-in process for arriving guests by completing necessary documentation and collecting payment details.
  • Handle the settlement of accounts for departing guests, including payment processing and cash drawer management. Address and resolve any billing discrepancies.
  • Provide information to guests regarding entertainment options and attractions, ensuring a memorable stay.
  • Generate and manage routine reports and assist in onboarding new team members as needed.
  • Foster positive relationships with the public and fellow employees at all times.
  • Maintain a positive approach to guest relations; direct guests to the appropriate personnel for unresolved issues.
  • Support other departments with any requests related to hotel guests.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment within your area of responsibility.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Experience in high-volume customer service settings.
  • Preferred: At least one year of experience in hotel front desk operations.
