Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches.
  • Assist with game day setup and breakdown, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
  • Organize and maintain game day equipment, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of the venue.
  • Participate in practices and officiate games across various age groups and skill levels.
  • Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions, focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun.
  • Lead team practice sessions when needed, emphasizing core concepts and sportsmanship values.
  • Communicate game day information to players and parents, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Enforce i9 Sports rules and regulations, prioritizing fun, learning, and safety for all participants.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sport-specific coaching and/or officiating, with a strong understanding of the sport.
  • Highly motivated and self-sufficient, with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
  • Awareness and ability to take charge in any situation to ensure player safety.
  • Positive attitude and strong ability to build professional relationships.
  • Ability to work weekends, Saturdays, and/or Sundays, with occasional weekday meetings.
  • Must pass a National Criminal Background Check.
