KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team, serving as a role model and holding associates accountable to high standards.
  • Sales Performance: Utilize your expertise to drive sales and coach others to achieve the same. Ensure your team engages with every customer through a consultative sales approach, prioritizing service.
  • Continuous Learning: Foster a culture of ongoing education, leading your team in expanding their knowledge of cannabis and kratom.
  • Team Development: Set clear, achievable goals for your team, providing real-time feedback and celebrating exceptional performance.
  • Operational Tasks: Perform routine duties such as standing for extended periods, lifting merchandise up to 15 lbs, and occasionally up to 60 lbs. Maintain cleanliness and organization in store displays and storage areas.

  • Experience leading teams in a retail environment.
  • Proven ability to drive success in yourself and others.
  • Availability to work during peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
