Job Title: Customer Service Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our Co-op Services Desk team and drive business growth through exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years' experience in a retail environment, preferably in natural foods, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the Role: As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for:
  1. Ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained throughout the department, including the Co-op Services Desk.
  2. Responsible for Customer Service training based on results from customer feedback and Mystery Shops.
  3. Demonstrating leadership skills at all levels and leading by example.
You will work closely with other departments to identify trends in customer service successes and challenges, and communicate with staff to enhance an environment focused on customer service improvement. You will also be responsible for handling Make it Right Forms, collecting, researching, and responding to customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints.

Requirements: A minimum of four years' experience in a retail environment, preferably in natural foods, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
