Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process incoming shipments, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient storage.
  • Operate a stand-up reach forklift to move products throughout the warehouse, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
  • Stock and restock products in designated areas, adhering to rotation and expiration dates.
  • Utilize computer and/or Radio Frequency Unit to record and track product movements, ensuring accurate inventory levels and efficient operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects and tasks to support the distribution center's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a distribution center or warehouse atmosphere, including receiving, pulling orders, packing, and shipping.
  • Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and stock pickers.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers and management.
  • Ability to follow safe working practices and efficiently work independently.

Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include standing, walking, and climbing, with the ability to carry, lift, and move up to 75 pounds. The work environment is a warehouse setting with varying temperatures and moderate to high noise levels.
