Position Summary
The Inside Sales Associate will be responsible for promoting and selling products and services aligned with Turtle and Hughes to clients in the Industrial and Construction sectors. This role is crucial for cultivating, developing, and sustaining relationships that enhance our visibility and foster long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional sales skills while navigating various challenging situations to provide outstanding customer service.
- Utilize knowledge of industrial and electrical products to effectively communicate with clients.
- Employ negotiation tactics and sales techniques to successfully close deals.
- Prepare tailored sales proposals that align with customer needs.
- Deliver engaging presentations to customers.
- Exhibit a willingness to learn about all facets of electrical and industrial distribution.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in inside sales within the electrical or industrial distribution sector.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision-making.
- Preferred knowledge of lighting and gear products and their applications.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service aptitude.
- Professional demeanor on the phone.
