Position Overview:

  • As a Youth Outpatient Counselor at ASAC, you will play a vital role in providing essential support to adolescents enrolled in our outpatient treatment services.

  • Engage families in the treatment process, empowering patients through a strong support network for lasting change.
  • Develop customized treatment strategies for each adolescent, ensuring that care is effectively aligned with their unique requirements.
  • Collaborate with local partners to provide holistic care to our clients.
  • Enhance your professional skills by participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Implement urinalysis monitoring as needed to track patient progress.
  • Uphold confidentiality standards to protect patient privacy and build trust.

Qualifications:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Counseling, or a related discipline. A Master's degree or CADC certification is preferred. A valid driver's license and the ability to successfully complete a comprehensive background check are required.

Compensation and Benefits:

ASAC values its employees and offers a competitive starting salary of $20.04 for Bachelor's level staff, with additional compensation for Master's level candidates and certified professionals.
