Job Opportunity for a Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in their homes, providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing services.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess client needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client health and independence.
  • Educate and instruct clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities.
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided.
Qualifications:
  • A current Vermont Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
