Job Summary

ADEX is seeking a highly skilled Central Office and Telecom Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for providing labor services related to performing the physical construction and installation aspects of various telecommunications facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and testing of DAS, Wi-Fi, Cell Towers, Femto-Cells, and Small Cells
  • Providing support for construction needs, including cable pulling, connectorizing, and mounting of equipment
  • Conducting troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on telecommunications systems
  • Attending required training and qualifying for technical certifications
  • Conducting all business in accordance with Company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Proficiency in Company's Project Management Tools
  • Familiarity with testing equipment, such as Solutelia, Anritsu PIM, OTDR, and other necessary equipment
  • Familiarity with interpretation of RF data collection, coaxial sweep test results, OTDR, and CAT type cable test
  • Familiarity with technology for various OEMs, including Corning MobileAccess, Solid, JMA, ADRF, Commscope, and others
