Teacher - K-12 Charter Schools

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team at Success Academy, a network of top-performing charter schools in New York City. As a teacher, you will play a critical role in shaping the educational experience of our students and contributing to our mission of providing a high-quality, whole-child education to all students, regardless of zip code or economic status.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and align with curriculum standards.
- Utilize a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to enhance student learning and engagement.
- Manage a classroom of 20+ students, creating a positive and productive learning environment.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing timely feedback and support to help students improve.
- Maintain accurate records of student performance and progress, using data to inform instruction and drive student growth.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians regarding academic progress and behavioral issues, building strong relationships and fostering a sense of community.
- Collaborate with other teachers, staff, and administration to support student success and drive school-wide initiatives.

- A bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (a background in education is not required).
