Job Overview
Turner & Townsend is seeking a seasoned Program Management Executive to lead and oversee the execution of large-scale commercial real estate construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multiple complex projects from conception through to project close-out.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a strong background in construction management, project coordination, budgeting, stakeholder communication, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple complex construction programs, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and in alignment with quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Establish project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and ensure successful delivery within the defined parameters.
- Lead cross-functional teams of project managers, architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure coordination and effective decision-making.
- Analyze cost reports, track project expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
- Review and approve contract modifications, change orders, and progress payments in collaboration with finance teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, including clients, developers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Provide regular program updates to senior leadership and clients on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in commercial real estate construction management, with at least 3 years in a senior management or program leadership role.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex construction programs from conception through to project close-out.
- Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams and collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, Buildertrend, etc.).
- Expertise in commercial real estate development, including office buildings, mixed-use developments, retail, and industrial properties.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High-level problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with sustainability initiatives and green building standards (e.g., LEED, WELL).
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety standards within the commercial construction industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- LEED AP or other sustainability certifications.
- OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
