We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Security Application Specialist to join our team at Mastech Digital. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for administering and managing our physical security applications, ensuring the highest level of security and compliance for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrate and manage S2 LEXEL and Exacq Vision applications.
  • Manage JIRA tickets for assigned applications, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
  • Configure and install S2 LEXEL and Exacq Vision applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Configure physical security tools as per client requirements, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Develop and maintain runbook documents detailing application and server information, including vendor-recommended and actual configurations.
  • Establish yourself as the primary point of contact for support and maintenance of physical security applications.
  • Collaborate with the client physical security team and vendors to ensure solutions meet client needs and expectations.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including patches, upgrades, and resource changes, to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Document current knowledge and information, including SMEs and critical team members, and maintain contact information for easy reference.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of physical security applications and systems.
  • Excellent administrative and management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
