Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our team at Ascension Seton Northwest Hospital. As a member of our Intermediate Care Unit, you will provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients in the Intermediate Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Assist with patient education and discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition to home or other healthcare settings.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Texas required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
