Position Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team at Firestone Complete Auto Care. As a Lead Technician, you'll play a key role in driving our team's success by providing technical expertise, leadership, and mentoring to our technicians.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, with a minimum of 5 years of experience and a valid driver's license. A.S.E. certification in at least 5 areas is also required. Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior technicians, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
