  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area, and sales area, ensuring a safe working environment.
  • Communication: Communicate customer requests to management and temperature breakdowns to supervisors.
  • Supply Management: Keep supply areas neat, clean, and tidy at all times.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all other duties as assigned by management, including front porch duties and announcing specials and sale information on the PA system.

Requirements:

  • Personality: Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication and guest service skills.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, and to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old and have effective communication, guest service, and selling skills.
