Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and associate relations, setting the tone for a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Resort Operations: Conduct regular tours of the resort to identify areas for improvement and ensure that all facilities and amenities are well-maintained and secure.
  • Security and Safety: Serve as a security officer for special events and respond to crisis situations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Guest Services: Provide assistance to guests with lockouts, lost children, and other issues, while also ensuring that all guests receive a high level of service and support.
  • Associate Support: Work closely with associates to ensure that they have the resources and support they need to provide excellent customer service.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with all stakeholders, including guests, associates, and management.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve problems in a fair and timely manner, while also maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Three years' experience in a customer-focused supervisor or manager role in hospitality, food and beverage, or retail.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and any other certifications required by the state or local authorities.
