Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Specialist to join our team at ProCare Therapy. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing exceptional services to students.

About the Role:

This full-time position involves working as a Behavior Specialist in a K-12th grade school setting. The successful candidate will have a strong background in behavior analysis and be able to implement evidence-based interventions to support student success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide high-quality behavioral support services to students with diverse needs
  • To develop and implement individualized behavior plans to promote positive behaviors and outcomes
  • To collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure consistent and effective implementation of behavior plans
  • To contribute to the development and maintenance of a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist or similar role
  • National RBT Certification is required
  • School experience is preferred
