About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, setting the tone for their stay with us
  • Manage the front desk, handling check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Assist with room assignments, key distribution, and other administrative tasks
  • Collaborate with the concierge team to provide personalized recommendations and services to guests
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about our hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
