Front-of-House Ambassador

Job Summary

We are seeking a warm and welcoming Bell/Valet Team Member to join our team at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a critical role in providing them with an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Coordinate the arrival and departure of guests, including the handling of vehicles and luggage.
• Work collaboratively with the bell and valet team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the job.
• Be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
• Computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
