- Education: Bachelors degree in engineering, preferably in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- Experience: Previous experience in project management or engineering roles within the food manufacturing or bakery industry is preferred.
- Skills: Strong project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, and execute complex projects from inception to completion. Knowledge of bakery equipment and systems, including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging machinery. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to food manufacturing facilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
