Job Overview

TLC Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling is a leading provider of plumbing, heating, and cooling services in the area. We are seeking a skilled Plumber to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and installations of plumbing systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expert advice and information to customers to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Troubleshoot and accurately identify plumbing issues to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Inspect plumbing systems and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements.
  • Install pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing components as needed to meet customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects within designated timelines and exceed customer expectations.
  • Adhere to industry regulations and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing clients' concerns and answering questions in a professional manner.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Plumber, preferably in a residential setting, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve complex plumbing issues.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and physical stamina to perform demanding tasks.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills to build strong relationships with customers.
  • A valid plumbing license or certification is preferred but not required.
  • Drive to achieve commission-based sales goals and contribute to the company's success.
