The Acquisition Analyst will be responsible for overseeing the management of acquisition programs within a Department of Defense (DoD) program management office.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manages the DoD acquisition lifecycle for designated projects.

2. Coordinates deliverables and tasks throughout the acquisition process and its various phases.

3. Prepares, organizes, and facilitates milestone documentation.

4. Aids in formulating contracting strategies, drafting necessary contracting documents, and collaborating with Army Contracting Command.

5. Engages in source selection boards and performs technical evaluations.

6. Participates in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), testing events, review sessions, and product demonstrations.

7. Provides oversight for contracts related to assigned products.

8. Manages the program's budget and master schedule effectively.

9. Identifies trade-offs related to cost, schedule, and performance.

10. Develops preliminary Acquisition Strategies, Acquisition Plans, and other relevant acquisition documentation.

11. Collaborates with contracting personnel to achieve optimal contracted outcomes.

12. Ensures configuration control of acquisition documents is maintained.

13. Prepares risk mitigation plans for products.

Qualifications:

Due to the sensitive nature of the requirements, U.S. Citizenship is mandatory.

A Secret clearance is required.

A Bachelor's degree along with twelve years of relevant experience is necessary.

Equivalent experience or DAWIA Level II certification in the Program Management acquisition career field, or PMP Certification is acceptable.

Proficiency and demonstrated experience in: Product Life Cycle Management, Project Team Management, Acquisition and Contracting documentation (including J&A, Source Selection Plans, PWS, IGCE, D&F), WAWF, iRAPT, cost analysis, Project Management, database management, GFEBS, DODI, Defense Acquisition System, and JCIDS.
