- Provide high-level oversight to the VPs of Care Management and Care Management workforce, ensuring their growth and success.

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care management programs, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all OPWDD regulations and policies, maintaining the highest levels of patient safety and quality care.
- Outstanding leadership qualities
- Proficient in understanding the coordination and management of services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Ability to negotiate multiple systems through interaction with other departments
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
- Master's Degree or licensed professional, preferred
- A Minimum of 10 years' related Human Service experience, of which 5 is IDD
- Three years of previous experience at a senior management level
