Chief Care Management Officer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of care management strategies, fostering a patient-centered approach to healthcare delivery.
  • Provide high-level oversight to the VPs of Care Management and Care Management workforce, ensuring their growth and success.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices in care management.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care management programs, identifying areas for growth and improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all OPWDD regulations and policies, maintaining the highest levels of patient safety and quality care.
Requirements:
  • Outstanding leadership qualities
  • Proficient in understanding the coordination and management of services for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Ability to negotiate multiple systems through interaction with other departments
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field
  • Master's Degree or licensed professional, preferred
  • A Minimum of 10 years' related Human Service experience, of which 5 is IDD
  • Three years of previous experience at a senior management level
